Deliveries & Returns


In these unprecedented times, We are limiting going to the stores to once a week to collect stock we have in currently​. Orders I am ordering from suppliers again are only being sent once a week. this means it may take longer than usual for you to receive your item. Please understand this is out of my control and we are doing everything possible to get your orders to you as soon as possible.

We are using Hermes delivery so the postage is more than royal mail so please understand the postage costs quoted to you are normally less than we pay incase you are thinking they are higher than normal delivery. We are not profiting from postage costs.

All items returned must be in a re-sellable condition (unworn, undamaged, free of stains, odours, animal hair, creasing - and with labels still attached) or your right to a refund or exchange will be affected.


For reasons of health and hygiene, we are unable to accept any hosiery, lingerie (including petticoats) or pierced jewellery as returns.  


How to return your item(s):

  • Contact us on our email and await a response.

  • Simply re-pack the product(s) in the original packaging or another suitable bag, enclosing your full name and contact details. 

  • You must post the product(s) within 14 working days of receipt of the order to receive a refund, or with 28 working days to receive a credit note. Item(s) returned beyond this timescale will not be eligible for a refund/credit. 

  • We recommend you send the return with a signed-for service and retain your receipt as proof of postage. Should any returned parcel be lost, this can be used to lodge your claim with Royal Mail (and not with us).

  • You are responsible for the cost of the return postage which is non-refundable - unless the item sent is incorrect or faulty. Any return postage cost refunded by us will be based on the economy Post Office™ cost (second class signed-for or economy equivalent) for the weight of any incorrect or faulty item you return. If You choose to send any non-faulty items as well, the return postage cost for these items is non-refundable.

  • If you are returning product(s) paid for on your credit, debit card or with PayPal; we will send the refund via the same method.

  • If you are exchanging the product for a different size or different items, you will be charged for the item being sent out to you again - so make sure you read our sizing guidelines carefully before purchase to avoid this,
